F.A.Q.
Q: 2004 honda acord and the radio lights are out. how do you know if its dimmed or completely off? Does this mean if its off you can’t fix it? I have not driven the car but he said sometimes during the day you can kinda see the display but at night you see nothing, if this helps any.

Q: i have a 2004 honda accord with a dim radio dual a/c unit. IF i send it in i get the same one back right mine not another one that has been fixed.
A: You will get your unit, the one I’m going to repair

Q: If I send it to you for repair, will I need a security code when I reinstall the unit? I have no idea what the code is or how to obtain it. Please let me know.
A: You will definitely need the security code when reinstalling the radio. You should have it as a attachement to your car’s manual. Or if you don’t have that, you can call Honda dealership, and they should be able to get it for you.
You can also check this link for additional information. But I would suggest you to get the code first before pulling the radio out.
